MACON - Madie Creamer Courson, age 77, of 6051 Hawkinsville Road, died 
Saturday, September 8, 2007 at her residence. Funeral services were held 4 
P.M. Monday, September 10, 2007 in the Chapel of Crest Lawn Funeral Home, with 
burial in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens, Cross Section, Lot 20 B # 3. Rev. 
Earnest Dyal  officiated. -Mrs. Courson was a member of Eastside Baptist 
Church where she taught Sunday School and was a member of DAV. She retired 
from Robins Air Force Base in the shipping and receiving department. She was 
born in Appling County, March 5, 1930. -Survivors include her children, John 
Courson and Ronnie Courson, both of Macon, Kimball Courson of Savannah, Pansy 
Bartlett of Jesup, Gayle Livingston of Byron, Vickie Courson of Macon; 
stepson, Glenn Courson of Jesup; 24 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, 
three great great grandchildren; sister, Donnie Mae Harden of Baxley; 
brothers, Floyd Creamer of Douglas, Delton Creamer of Alma; companion, Durham 
Johnson of Warner Robins. -The family will be at the residence and receive 
friends 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. Sunday, September 9, 2007 at Crest Lawn Funeral 
Home. -Crest Lawn Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
