MISS MARY EDNA GIBSON  The Florida Times Union  August 1948.

Miss Mary Edna Gibson passed away Thursday morning (26th) at
her residence, 2154 Roselle St. She was a native of
Ehrhardt, S.C. and came to this city three years ago from
Baxley, Ga. She was a member of the Baptist church.
Surviving are her mother, Mrs. John H. Gibson; three
sisters, Mrs. Ray Thomas, Mrs. J.M. Saunders and Mrs. J.W.
Knight, Jr. all of this city, and three brothers, R.M.
Gibson of Baxley, Ga., and Henry and Robert Gibson, this
city. The body will be forwarded this evening to Baxley,
where funeral services will be held at 11 A.M. Saturday in
Ten Mile Church, the Rev. Mr. Smith officiating. Local
arrangements are under the direction of Seashole Funeral
Parlors.
