Nancy A. Carter was my great-grandmother. 
She was born 24 January, 1878 to 
Paul Anderson Carter & Julian/Julia Delbo. 
In my many years of research one thing I have 
heard over and over in regards to Nancy's mother Julia was that she was mostly 
Indian. 
Nancy first married my great-grandfather Daniel A. Rentz. 
She had 2 children William and Minnie Lou Rentz. 
After Daniel walked away from his family and married another woman, 
Nancy married George Miller and had more children: 
Alice, Susan, Flora, Willie, Joseph "Joe" and Aline Miller. 

Nancy died 17 August, 1945.
