To any ordinary, Minister of the Gospel, Judge of the Superior Court, Justice 
of the Peace or Notary Public

You are hereby authorized to join Roann Herrington of Emmanuel County and Miss 
Mary E. Hinson of Appling County in the holy Estate of Matrimony according to 
the constitution and laws of this State and for so doing this shall be your 
sufficient License.  Given under my hand and Official Signature this August 5th 
1871
