Atkinson County Citizen - November 15, 2012
 Mr. Jesse Loran Clement, age 33, of Pearson, GA passed away Sunday night, N
November 4, 2012 at MUSC Medical Center in Charleston, SC, from injuries s
sustained in an automobile accident.
 A native of Douglas, GA, Mr. Clement was born December 25, 1978, son of Billy 
Clement and Libby Wilcox Watson. Mr. Clement was a 1997 graduate of Atkinson 
Co. High School where he enjoyed an outstanding baseball and basketball career. 
Later in life, Mr. Clement was involved in competitive softball leagues and 
enjoyed being involved in his children’s sports activities, especially his daughter
daughter, Skylar’s fast-pitch softball team. After receiving an honorable d
discharge from the USAF, due to medical reasons, Mr. Clement worked in the i
industrial construction business with Summit Construction Co. He was preceded i
in death by his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Lester and Minnie Clement.
 Survivors include, wife, Kristin Harrell Clement of Pearson, GA; daughter, 
Skylar Clement of Pearson, GA; son, Ryker Clement of Pearson, GA; Father, Billy 
Clement of Pearson, GA, Mother and Stepfather, Libby Watson and husband Ricky 
of Ray City, GA; brothers, B.J. Clement and wife April of Pearson, GA,  and 
Gabriel Clement of Pearson, GA; sister, Caleshia Paulk and husband Jeramy of 
Pearson, GA; stepbrother, Tony Watson of Valdosta, GA; stepsister, Missy Mullican
Mullican and husband Bryan of Ray City of Ray City, GA; several nieces and n
nephews also survive.
 Funeral services for Mr. Clement were held on Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 11 
a.m. at Goodwill Assembly of God Church with Rev. Edward Mathews officiating. 
Special musical selections included “Beulah Land” rendered by c.d.  Soft music fo
for the prelude and postlude was provided by c.d.
 The interment followed in Sunnyside Cemetery.
 Active pallbearers were Stan Clement, Shawn Shaw, Daniel Clement, Derrick 
Clement, Nick Hoopiiaina, Shawn Brown, Craig Gurley.
 Honorary pallbearers were Vincent Daniels, Christopher Eason, Jody Vickers, S
Shane Hall, B.J. Clement, James Clement, Michael Royals, Dalton Royals, Seth C
Clement, Bernard Zimmerman.
 Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, GA was in charge of the arrangements.
