Atkinson County Citizen - December 7, 2006
 Tommy David Cook, 61, passed away on November 26, 2006.
 Tommy was born on May 21, 1945 in Homerville, GA to Mr. V.W. Cook and Mrs. 
Mamie Eula James Cook. He was a member of First Methodist Church.
 Tommy is survived by his mom, Eula Cook of Pearson, GA; wife, Sharon S. Cook 
of Fernandina Beach, FL; son David Shannon Rogers of Middleburg, FL; daughters, 
Cassandra Gary of Belton, SC and Tammy Walston of Greenville, SC; brothers, 
Vernon Cook of Hinesville, GA, Todd Cook of Bluffton, SC, 3 sisters, Janice 
Lang of Orlando, FL, Peggy Childs of Bainbridge, GA and Suzan Boyd of Manor, 
GA; 6 grandchildren, Stephanie and Ryan Rogers, Cara and Coleman Gary, Hayden 
and Shelby Estes along with several nieces and nephews.
 The family will have a private memorial service in the near future. Funeral 
arrangements are under the care of Hardage-Giddens Main Street Funeral Home 
Chapel of Jacksonville, FL.
