Mrs. Dacquigan, a native of Atkinson Co., GA was born January 19, 1934, daughter of the late Charlie Eldridge and Alecta Minix Williams. She was a homemaker and a service technician. Survivors include sisters, Charlene Tanner, Pearson, GA, Idell Daniels, Manor, GA, Betty Williams, Ambrose, GA and Margie Williams, Douglas, GA; brothers, Melvin Williams, Winter Haven, FL, Gene Williams and Carl Williams, Waycross, GA, several nieces and nephews, Sister, Inez Sherrod preceded her in death. Graveside service and burial were held 2 p.m. Tuesday, September 27, 2005, at Utah Cemetery in Atkinson Co., GA with Rev. Verl Sherrod officiating. The family provided special taped selections of "Crossing The Bridge" and "For The Blood," at the graveside service. Active pallbearers were Joel Sherrod, Tommy Williams, Jimmy Williams, Chris Stevens, Donnie Stevens and Terry Sherrod. Sims Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
