Mr. Clifton Ashley Douglas, 60, was born April 23, 1953, in Waycross, GA,  to 
Louise Brown of Douglas, GA and the late Auzzie Douglas, Sr. of Douglas, GA.
 Clifton served in the Air Force for ten years. He was the owner and operator of 
Ashley Upholstery. His religious preference was Church of God. Mr. Clifton 
Ashley Douglas was preceded in death by his father, Auzzie Douglas Douglas, Sr., 
of Douglas, GA.
 He leaves to cherish his memories, wife, Martha Spikes Douglas of Douglas, GA; 
mother, Louise Brown of Douglas, GA; two brothers, Auzzie Douglas, Jr., and 
Richard Brown both of Douglas, GA; two daughters, Jennifer Bennefield of 
Sacramento, CA and Christina Douglas of CO; to step-daughters, Melissa Porter 
Hannon (husband Dru) and Felicia Porter Clements  (Tony) both of Fitzgerald, GA; 
One step-son, Bo Porter (Leanne) of Nicholls, GA; thirteen grandchildren and 
many aunts and uncles.
 Memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. on February 1, 2014, at West Ward St. 
Church of God, Douglas, GA with Pastor Brett Peavy officiating.
