NASHVILLE -- Carroll Duggan, 65, of Nashville died October 3, 2006 at Tift 
Regional Medical Center in Tifton.
 Born May 11, 1941 in Atkinson County to Mary Lou Newmans Duggan of Adel and 
the late Leroy Duggan, he was a heavy equipment operator for the City of 
Nashville.
 Survivors, in addition to his mother, include his wife, Mary Mathis Duggan of 
Nashville; one son, Tony Duggan of Nashville; two sisters, Linda Lou Hatcher 
of Valdosta, Mary Susan Lewis of Adel.
 Funeral services were held October 6 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Lovein 
Funeral Home with the Revs. Ray Bittner and Emory Corbitt officiating.
 Interment was in Springhead Cemetery.
  Lovein Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
