Atkinson County Citizen - October 3, 2013
 Mrs. Wilma N. George, 89 of Pearson passed away September 29, 2013 in Douglas, 
GA.
 Mrs. George was born August 3, 1924 to the late Willie and Mary Ann Flanders 
Neugent. She was preceded in death by her husband Ted George.
 Survivors include her sons and daughter-in-law, Ronnie George of Jacksonville, 
FL, and Gregory and Karen George of Baneberry, TN; three brothers, Ben Neugent 
of Pearson, Henry Neugent of Pearson and Talmadge Neugent of Waycross; sister, 
Thelma Darley of Pearson; granddaughter, Amy George of South Carolina; several 
nieces and nephews.
 Graveside services will be held Saturday at 11 a.m. at the Holy Family 
Catholic Church Cemetery in Pearson with Rev. Marvin Goodman officiating.
 Purvis Funeral home of Adel is in charge of arrangements.
