The Atkinson County Citizen - March 6, 2008
 Mr. Grady Hall age 76 of Pearson, GA passed away Monday, February 25, 2008 at 
Coffee Regional Medical Center in Douglas, GA following a brief illness. 
 A native of Coffee County, Mr. Hall was born June 2, 1931 son of the late 
Neal and Lucinda Adams Hall. Mr. Hall had made his home in Atkinson County for 
most of his life. He was still a full time farmer and especially enjoyed 
growing a garden every year. His wife Louise Nettles Hall preceded him in 
death.
 Survivors include, three sons, Jimmy Hall and wife, Gina of Pearson, GA, Gary 
Hall of Pearson, GA and Steve Hall of Pearson, GA; one daughter, Janice Brown 
and husband, Charles of Pearson, GA; and one sister, Vira Vickers of Ambrose, 
GA, 8 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and 
several nieces and nephews also survive.
 Funeral services for Mr. Hall were held at 11 a.m. Thursday, February 28, 
2008 at the Pearson Church of God of Prophecy with Rev. Hardy Crosby and Rev. 
Leonard Pittman officiating. Mr. Hall's granddaughter Amanda Hall read a 
special poem. Special music selections included "Amazing Grace" rendered by 
Brittany and Bryan Hall acappella and "Beulah Land" rendered by Soloist/Bobby 
Guthrie acappella. Rita Spikes pianist presented soft music for the Prelude 
and the Postlude. The interment followed in Satilla Memorial Gardens.
 Serving as active pallbearers were, Bryan Hall, Mason Davis, Quillan Taft, 
Roger Taft, Danny Spikes, James "Punkin" Hall and Donnie Giddens.
 Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, GA was in charge of the arrangements.
