Atkinson County Citizen - June 15, 2006
 Mr. Elie Hall, age 78, of Pearson, GA passed away Saturday, June 10, 2006 at 
home following an extended illness.
 Born in Coffee County, April 12, 1928 son of Neil and Lucindia Adams Hall, Mr. 
Hall had been a long time residence of Atkinson County. He was a retired farmer 
and of the Baptist faith. Mr. Hall was preceded in death by a daughter, Marcia 
Elaine Hall, brothers, Carlos Hall and Elmon Hall and a sister, Susie Daniels.
 Survivors include two daughters, Patricia Inman and husband Edward of 
Blackshear, GA and Linda Sue Davis and husband Larry of Axson, GA; three sons, 
Robert Earl Hall and fiancee Peggy Holton of Axson, GA, Donnie Neal Hall and 
wife Kimberly of Douglas, GA, Keith Hall of Pearson, GA; sister, Vira Vickers 
of Ambrose, GA; brother, Grady Hall of Pearson, GA, eleven grandchildren, seven 
great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
 Funeral services for Mr. Hall were held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at 
Tanner Baptist Church with Rev.Charles Brown and Bishop Steve Sirmans 
officiating. Special musical selections included "In His Arms I'm Not Afraid" 
and "Stairway To Heaven" rendered by the Sweetwater Creek Singers. The 
interment followed in Tanner Cemetery with "Cabin On The Hill" being sung by 
the Sweetwater Creek Singers at the graveside.
 Serving as active pallbearers were Greg Hall, Mackie Smith, Jimmy Hall, James 
Hall.
 Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, GA was in charge of the arrangements.
