Atkinson County Citizen - January 16, 2014
 Mr. Ulysses Harmon, 79, of Tampa, FL died January 11, 2014, at his residence.
 Born in Moultrie, GA on September 11, 1934. He was a member of Mt. Olive 
Baptist Church of Pearson, GA and a Retired Teacher of Atkinson County Board of 
Education.
Mr. Ulysses Harmon is survived by 1 daughter, Sonia Harmon of Tampa, FL; 4 sons, 
Vernon Harmon of Gainesville, FL, Keith Harmon of Pearson, GA, Brian Harmon of 
Lawrenceville, GA and Craig Harmon of Atlanta, GA; sister, Fannie Lou Grayer; a 
host of Grand’s; in-laws, Catherine Johnson, Shirley Johnson, Janice Johnson all 
of Lawtey, FL, Jeremiah Johnson of Starke, FL, Rev Josephus Johnson of 
Hollandale, FL, and Edmond Johnson.
 Funeral services for Mr. Ulysses Harmon will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, 
January 18, 2014, in the Philadelphia Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Green, 
jr. conducting the services and Pastor Scott Eulogist.
 Interment will be held in Peetsville Cemetery, Lawtey, FL under the direction 
of Haile Funeral home, Inc. 802 North Oak Street, Starke, FL 32091 (904) 964-
7905.
 The Cortege will form on Saturday at 12:30 will form on Saturday at 12:30 p.m. 
at the Johnson Resident of Lawtey, FL.
