 Mr. Danny Harper, age 63, of Foley, AL, passed away, Tuesday January 15, 2013, 
at South Baldwin Medical Center in Foley, AL, following an extended illness.
 A native of Ben Hill Co., GA., Mr. Harper was born Jan. 11, 1950 to Tillman J. 
and Inez Metts Harper. He had made his home in Foley AL, for the last 17 years. 
He worked as a self-employed general contractor/carpenter. Mr. Harper was an 
avid hunter and fisherman. He and his family loved to travel and visited many 
interesting places. He was a licensed pilot and in his younger years enjoyed 
flying. Mr. Harper was of the Baptist faith
 Survivors include his wife, Linda Sue Courson Harper of Foley, AL; one son, 
Aaron Harper and wife Nicole of Athens, AL; one daughter Melinda McKinney and 
husband Casey of Charlotte, NC, one brother, Rickey Harper and wife Frances of 
Pine Mountain, GA, two sisters, Jackie Douglas and husband, Larry of Douglas, 
GA and Eileen Braswell and husband William of Linden, AL, four grandchildren, 
Maddie McKinney and Ella McKinney, Allie Harper and Anna Harper and several 
nieces and nephews.
 Interment followed funeral services in Sweetwater Cemetery in Pearson, GA. 
Pallbearers were Jason Harper, Anthony Harper, Mitch Douglas, Marc Metts, 
Parker Wiles and Hugh Smith.
 Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, GA was in charge.
