Atkinson County Citizen - November 3, 2005
 Shirley Ann Hawkins, 55, of Willacoochee, GA passed away Tuesday, October 26, 
2005 at her residence after a brief illness. She was born in Pavo, GA on March 
3, 1950 to the late Iria & Marie Dean. She was a member of Willacoochee Church 
of God.

 Survivors include her husband, J.W. Hawkins of Willacoochee, GA; 2 sons, Ray 
Hawkins of Hahira, GA and Jay Hawkins of Nashville, GA; 3 daughters, Mary Ann 
Roe of Nashville, GA, Melissa Reliford of Willacoochee, GA and Melinda Zapata 
of Nashville, GA; 8 grandchildren; brother, Shelly Dean of San Antonio, TX and 
3 sisters, Linda Sirmans of Vienna, GA, Cathy Owings of Naylor, GA and Iris 
Crowell of Moultrie, GA.

 Funeral services were held at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 29, 2005 in the 
Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial following in Willacoochee 
City Cemetery. The family received friends from 6 - 8 p.m. Friday, October 28, 
2005 at the funeral home.

 Music Funeral Services of Lakeland is serving the Hawkins Family.
