 Debbie Delores Luke, 49, of Nashville died Sunday, Aug. 22, 2004, at Taylor 
Regional Medical Center in Hawkinsville.

She was born on Feb. 13, 1955, in Atkinson County to the late Oel Byrd and 
Adell Taylor Luke. She was a homemaker and had been employed in retail 
management.

 Survivors include one son, Jason Martin of Clarkesville, TN; six sisters, Mary 
Louise Bernard  of Jacksonville, Fla., Doris Guthrie, Pearson, Nita O'Berry, 
Cochran, Linda Stevens, Hawkinsville, Martha Vazquez, Willacoochee, Joyce 
Martin, Graniteville, S.C.; two brothers, Wilton Luke and Ken Luke, both of 
Willacoochee. She was preceded in death by two brothers, one sister and her 
stepfather: Harry Coleman Luke, Henry Norman "Buddy" Luke, Sarah Corbitt and 
John H. Luke.

 Funeral services were held August 25 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Lovein 
Funeral Home with the Rev. Clarence Luke officiating. 

 Burial will be held in Riverside Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 7-9 
p.m. this evening at the funeral home. -- Lovein Funeral Home, Nashville in 
charge of arrangements.
