Atkinson County Citizen - May 3, 2007
 Mr. Richard Lynn Marchman, age 55 of Pearson, GA passed away Thursday, April 
26, 2007 at Coffee Regional Medical Center following a brief illness.
 A native of Jeff Davis County, Mr. Marchman was born August 8, 1951. He had 
made his home in Atkinson County where he worked as a small engine repair 
mechanic. He was preceded in death by his mothers, Helen Williams Marchman and 
Margaret Marchman.
 Survivors include wife, Mary Lee Fender Marchman of Pearson, GA; father Lynn 
Marchman; six brothers, Robert Marchman of Pearson, GA, Kenny Marchman of 
Brandon, MS; Roger Marchman of Brandon, MS, Howard Marchman of Brandon, MS, 
Michael Marchman of Brandon, MS, Wallace Zipper of Cross Plains, TN; four 
sisters, Shirley Blackwell of Richland, MS, Lynette Ashley of Brandon, MS, 
Becky Beeman of Brandon, MS, Patsy Harold of Douglas, GA.
 Several Aunts, Uncles, Nieces and Nephews also survive.
 Funeral services for Mr. Marchman were held at 2 p.m. Sunday, April 29, 2007 
at Antioch Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Lonnie Spikes officiating. 
Special musical selections included "Go Rest High On That Mountain," "When I 
Get Where I'm Going" and "One Wing In The Fire," played by tape. Soft music for 
the prelude and postlude was provided by Wanda Spikes, pianist. The interment 
followed in Antioch Cemetery.
 Serving as active pallbearers were: Benny Fender, Steve Marchman, Donald 
Royals, Neil Marchman, Tommy Hancock, Jonathan Bell.
 Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, GA was in charge of the arrangements.
