Atkinson County Citizen - January 14, 2009
 Mrs. Elouise B. McDonald age 75 of Pearson, GA passed away Wednesday evening,
Januar
January 14, 2009 at Shady Acres Convalescent Center in Douglas, GA following an
extend
extended illness.
 A native of Coffee County, Mrs. McDonald was born July 21, 1933 daughter of Georg
George Edward and Fannie Elaine Kirby Brown. She was a homemaker and a member of Ho
of Holy Family Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Peter
Peter Lloyd (P.L.) McDonald.
 Survivors include: 2 sons Lloyd McDonald and wife Elline of Pearson, GA, Roy McDo
McDonald and wife Linda of Pearson, GA; daughter Elaine Stodghill and husband Dona
Donald of Alapaha, GA; sister Ann Lois McMillan of Pearson, GA; 7 gran
grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also surv
survive.
 Funeral services for Mrs. McDonald were held at 11 a.m. Saturday, January 17, 200
2009 at Holy Family Catholic Church with Father Lawrence Lucree officiating. Ins
Instrumental Hymns included, "Victory in Jesus," "What a Friend We Have in Jes
Jesus" and "Amazing Grace" rendered by Michele Howell, organist.
 Prelude and Postlude music was provided by Michele Howell, organist. 
 The interment followed n Holy Family Cemetery.
 Serving as active pallbearers were Lloyd McDonald, Roy McDonald, Mathew 
McDonald, William Stodghill, Donald Stodghill, Simon McDonald.
 Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, GA was in charge of the arrangements.
