 Betty Morgan was born in Pearson, GA  the late Manning George Smith and Rhoda 
Goff Smith. She settled in Tifton, GA to raise her family, GA to raise her 
family and retired from PCC Air Foils Manufacturing in Douglas, GA. She moved 
to Monticello in 2006. She was preceded in death by her sister and seven 
brothers.
 She is survived by her children and their spouses, Anita and Tom Tillman of 
Monticello, GA, and James and Deidra Morgan, Jr. of Knob Noster, MO; 
grandchildren, Kyle James Morgan, Luke Patrick Morgan, Derek Adam Elijah 
Morgan, Morgan Lyn Tillman, Jill Marie Morgan and William Mack Tillman; sister, 
Ola Stone of Douglas, GA.
 Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at the Mt. 
Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Pearson, GA. Brother Bobby Fussell will 
officiate.
 The family will receive friends 10 a.m., one hour prior to the service, on 
Tuesday, August 20, 2013, at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church in Pearson, 
GA.
 Pallbearers will be L.G. Smith, Clifford Stone, Chester Stone, Henry Smith, 
II, Roy Hulsey, Carl White, Jr. 
 Honorary pallbearers will be Woodrow Stone and Kenny Stone.
 Jordan Funeral Home of Monticello, GA is in charge of arrangements.
