 Mr. James Clifford Newcomb age 55 of Jacksonville, FL passed away Saturday, June 2
June 26, 2010 at the Jacksonville Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville, FL follow
following an extended illness.
 A native of Jacksonville, FL, Mr. Newcomb was born April 23, 1955 son of Butch
Arthu
Arthur Alton and Marian Alice Purvis Newcomb. He had made his home in Pearson, GA
fo
GA for many years before moving back to Jacksonville, FL where he made his livin
living as a mechanic.
 Survivors include daughter, Linda Jean Newcomb of Willacoochee, GA; sons James
Clif
Clifford Newcomb, Jr. of Valdosta, GA; Derek Newcomb and wife Ginger of Pear
Pearson, GA; 4 grandchildren Toby, Serena, Kayla and Heidi; sister, Linda Sue Clar
Clark of Ft. Pierce, FL; 4 brother, Butch Arthur Alton Newcomb, Jr. of Jack
Jacksonville, FL, Larry Rubin Hogan of Folkston, GA, Roger Hal Hogan of Call
Callahan, FL, Olan William Hogan of Eastman, GA; 3 special friends, Arnold, Jenn
Jennifer and Andrea all of Jacksonville, FL.
 Graveside funeral services and interment for Mr. Newcomb were held at 11 a.m. Sat
Saturday, July 3, 2010 at Sunnyside Cemetery with Rev. Larry Johnson off
officiating. 
 Active pallbearers were Rodney Crews, Keith Roberts, Dale Lanier, Everett La
Lanier, Randall Cribbs, Ronald Carver.
 Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, GA was in charge of the arrangements.
