Atkinson County Citizen - October 2004
 Mrs. Glenda Sue Joiner Partridge, age 53, of Douglas passed away early Monday 
morning, October 18, 2004, at the Coffee Regional Medical Center, following a 
brief illness.

 Mrs. Partridge a native of Atkinson County, was a retired stock clerk with the 
local Walmart Store. She was the daughter of the late Roscoe Joiner and the 
late Rita Marie Chaput Joiner. She was preceded in death by 1 brother, Ronald 
Joiner.

 Survivors include her husband, Roger N. Patridge Sr. of Douglas, GA; 1 son, 
Roger N. Patridge, Jr. of Massachusetts; 4 daughters, Melissa Lee Watkins, 
Kerry Lynn Carpenter and Amanda Jean Partridge all of Douglas, GA and Candy Ann 
Partridge of Massachusetts; 4 brothers, Richard Joiner of Mendon, Mass. Leon 
Joiner of Douglas, GA, Larry Joiner of Willacoochee, GA and Charles Edward 
Joiner of Conn.; 3 sisters, Margie Black, Rebecca Yawn and Lisa Yawn, all of 
Douglas, GA; 15 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great 
nephews, and other relatives.

 Funeral services will be held Friday, October 22, 2004 at 1 p.m. at the Chapel 
of Ricketson Funeral Home. The interment will follow at a later date.

 Ricketson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
