She was born June 10, 1943, to the late Aaron Hunsucker and the late Wanell Morris Hunsucker. Mrs. Rhymes, a native of Jacksonville Beach, Duval County, FL, was a homemaker. She enjoyed spreading Bible teachings whenever and where ever she was able to do so. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Gene Rhymes, Sr., 1 sister, Linda Malone; great grandson, Sean Rhymes, Jr. Mrs. Rhymes was a member of the Christ Fellowship Church. Survivors include, one son, Ronald Rhymes, Jr, of Pearson; two brothers, David Hunsucker of Aniston, AL and Huey Hunsucker of Monks Corner, SC; two sisters, Bonnie Richardson of Cocoa, FL and Eleanor Johnson of KY; five grandchildren, Jeffery (Pamela) Rhymes, Randall (Samantha) Rhymes, Sean (Patty) Rhymes, Shasta (Timothy) Searight and Rhonda (Matt) Baughman; several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives. Funeral services were held Saturday morning, November 7, 2015, at 10 a.m., at the Christ Fellowship Church, with Rev. Randall Rhymes, Rev. Wayne Ennis and Rev. Randy Crosby officiating. The interment followed in the Lang Memorial Cemetery in Clinch County. Active pallbearers were Richard Deen, Steven McCullar, Sally Walker, Sean Rhymes, Matthew Baughman, Dwight Carver. Honorary pallbearers were Tommy Harper and Christopher Lashley. Special musical selections, “My Robe of White,” was presented by Scott & Jada Davidson both on guitars, “You’re Invited to my Mansion,” and “Save me a Seat,” were rendered by CD music.
