Atkinson County Citizen - March 13, 2014
 Mrs. Linda Wright Singletary, 65, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2014, at her 
daughter’s residence in Lakeland, following an extended illness.
 Mrs. Singletary was born July 15,1948, in Atkinson County to the late Vilos 
Wright and Vera Morgan Wright. She was retired from Bway in Homerville as a 
machine operator. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Leroy Wright and 
Beecher Wright; sister, Geraldine Fowler; and her special aunt that raised her, 
Lilly Spivey.
 Survivors are two daughters and sons-in-law, Denise Hughes and Wallace Colley, 
Jr. and Michelle Singletary and Chris Smith all of Lakeland; two granddaughters, 
Heather Nichole Colley and Rebekah Mahayla Smith both of Lakeland; two sisters, 
Earelois Hall of Yulee FL and Barbara Cady of Douglas; brother Euatace Wright of 
Douglas; a number if nieces, nephews and other relatives.
 Funeral services for Mrs. Singletary were held Wednesday, March 12, 2014, at 2 
p.m. from the Harvest Time Church of God.
 Interment was in the Pine Forest Cemetery.
 Roundtree Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
