 Paula Marie Stevens 86, of Crescent City, FL passed away on Monday, July 12, 2
2010 at Haven Hospice Roberts Care Center in Palatka, FL. 
 Paula was born on Friday, December 12, 1923 in Willacoochee, GA to the late Ca
Carl Levi and Emma Lou Barnes Register. Her mother passed away when she was 4 ye
years old and was raised by her father Carl Levi Register and his late wife Je
Jenny Lou.
 She is also preceded in death by her husband Earl Gordon, brothers, Leroy R
Register, J.B. Register, S.M. Register, Mickey Register, Harris Register and B
Baby Carl; sisters; Mary Lou Register. She was a "Tough Bird." 
 Mrs. Stevens is survived by her son, Charlie Davis and wife LaFrance of 
Hastings, FL; daughter, Alice Fay Conner and husband Jimmy of Bostwick, FL; 
brothers and sisters, Ruby M. Dykes and husband Henry, Gene Register and wife 
Cherie all of Crescent City, FL, Pat Mason of Welaka, FL, Verma Lee Brazzeal a
and husband Claude and Melvin Register and wife Grace all of Palatka, FL, Ann H
Houck and husband Ed of Ozark, AL, Jerry Register and wife Debi of Hollister, F
FL; numerous grandchildren; many other relatives and friends who will miss her d
dearly.
 A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Saturday, July 24, 2010 at 1769 CR 308, 
Crescent City, FL 32112. Simplicity cremation arrangements have been entrusted 
to the care of Watts Funeral Home and Cremation Center.
