Atkinson County Citizen - December 24, 2015
 Mr. Lacie Stone, age 79, of Pearson, GA passed away Tuesday, December 15, 2015, 
at Clinch Healthcare Center in Homerville, GA after a short illness.
 A native of Atkinson County, Mr. Stone was born March 12, 1936, son of Elige 
and Francis Jackson Stone. He worked for many years as a farm laborer and was of 
the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Marvin Stone, 
Charlton Stone, Jim Stone, Ander Stone and Luv Stone and 5 sisters, Dicie Stone, 
Vinnie Stone, Irene Vining, Lillie Batten and Nellie Tucker.
 Survivors include several nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.
 Graveside services for Mr. Stone were held Wednesday, December 16, 2015, at 3 
p.m. at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery with Rev. Kevin Stone and Rev. Larry Stone 
officiating.
 The interment followed in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
 Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, GA was in charge of arrangements.
