Douglas Enterprise - October 5, 2015
 Mrs. Charline Williams Tanner, age 83, of Pearson, GA, passed away on Monday, 
September 21, 2015, at Coffee Regional Medical Center following an extended 
illness. Mrs. Tanner was born on July 5, 1932, in Douglas, GA, to the late 
Charlie Williams and Wilma Electa Williams.
 Survivors include her daughter, Debbie Jean Lott of Pearson, GA; three sons, 
Emanuel Tanner of Pearson, GA, Manning Dillard Tanner of Axson, Ga, and Chaffter 
Tanner of Pearson, GA; two brothers, Carl Williams of Waycross, GA, and Buddy 
Williams of Zephyr Hill, FL; two sisters, Betty Williams of Douglas, GA and 
Margie Fischer of Willacoochee, GA; thirteen grandchildren and several nieces, 
nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her husband, Manning Willard 
Tanner.
 Graveside services was held on Thursday, September 24, 2015, at 3 p.m., at Hall 
Cemetery with Rev. Donnie Stevens officiating.
 Active pallbearers were Jake Lott, William Lott, Patrick Lott, Wiley Tanner, 
Michael Tanner, D.J. Tanner, Chad Tanner.
 Sims Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
