Atkinson County Citizen - November 16, 2006
 Mr. Aaron White, age 66 of Axson, GA passed away Tuesday evening, November 7, 
2006 at home following an extended illness.
 A native of Atkinson County, Mr. White was born April 21, 1940, son of Frank 
and Lomie Davis White. He was retired from the Atkinson Co. Road Department. 
Mr. White was preceded in death by 5 brothers, Paul White, Loren White, Clayton 
White, Lonnie Edward White and Alvin White and grandson, Jason Woodard.
 Survivors include son Glen White of Saledad, CA; six daughters, Vickie White 
of Murphy, NC, Laurie Todd of Axson, GA, Teresa Taft and husband John of Axson, 
GA, Glenda Lang and husband, Barry of Pearson, GA, Janet White and Debbie White 
both of Axson, GA. two brothers, Clyde White of Florida and Clifford White of 
Axson; sister, Mildred Hulett of Axson, GA. 12 grandchildren, 1 great 
grandchild and several nieces and nephews also survive.
 Funeral services for Mr. While were held at 2 p.m. Thursday, November 9, 2006 
at the Axson Church of God of Prophecy with Newton Cox and Rev. Keith Burch 
officiating. Special musical selections included, "Look What I Traded For A 
Mansion" and "I've Got A Longing" rendered by Lynda Burch, soloist and pianist. 
Soft music for the prelude and postlude was provided by Lynda Burch, pianist.
 Serving as active pallbearers were George Guise, Allan Guise, Johnny Bohannon, 
Steve White, Jeffery White, Randall White.
 Serving as honorary pallbearers were Berrien Sutton, Greg Bennett, Fred White, 
Billy Mizell, Billy Davis.
 Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, GA was in charge of the arrangement.
