Atkinson County Citizen - August 8, 2013
 Mr. James Clyde White age 92 of Port Charlotte, FL, formerly of Axson, GA p
passed away Saturday, July 27, 2013 Peace River Regional Medical Center in Port C
Charlotte, FL following an extended illness.
 Born August 15, 1920 in Atkinson County, Mr. White was the son of Frank and Lomie
Lomie Davis White. He had made his home in South Florida since 1949. He was a r
retired mechanic for South Miami. He was preceded in death by a daughter, Diane S
Sutton.
 Survivors include, wife, Jenny White of Port Charlotte, FL; son, James White, 
Jr. and wife, Jeanette of Port Charlotte, FL; daughter, Marie Mullis and 
husband, Francis of Axson, GA; brother, Clifford White of Pearson, GA.
 Several grandchildren, great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews also survive.
 Funeral services for Mr. White were held Thursday, August 1, 2013 R 3 P.M. AT
Relihan
Relihan Funeral home with Rev. Melvin Burch officiating. Special musical 
selections “Amazing Grace” and “On the Wings of a Dove” were presented by CD. 
 The interment followed in Axson Cemetery.
 Serving as pallbearers were Delane Mullis, Tyrone Mullis, Mike White, Frank W
White, Tommy White James Sutton.
 Relihan Funeral Home of Pearson, GA was in charge of the arrangements.
