Atkinson County Citizen - November 12, 2015
  Mr. Frankie Lee White, age 69, of Axson, GA passed away Tuesday, November 3, 
2015, at his home in Axson, GA. after a short illness.
 A native of Clinch County, GA., Mr. White was born March 9, 1946, son of the 
late Paul and Omie Lee White. He had made his home in Axson for most of his 
life. He worked as a carpenter.
 Survivors include three sons, Jason White of Nahunta, Michael White and wife 
Dena of Nahunta, Cyrus White of Pearson; three daughters, Shelley Styles of 
Shawnee, OK, Amber Prescott and husband, Patrick of Homerville, Jennifer White 
of Homerville; two brothers, Harvey White of Douglas, Fred White and wife 
Charlotte of Homerville; two sisters, Reba Tanner and husband Floyd of Douglas, 
Lounell Burch and husband Melvin of Axson;, several grandchildren, nieces, 
nephews and other relatives also survive.
 Graveside services for Mr. White were held Friday, November 6, 2015, at 11 a.m. 
at Axson Cemetery with Rev. Floyd Tanner officiating. Special musical selection 
included “When I’m Bound” rendered by Becky Burgess.
 The interment followed in the Axson Cemetery.
 Relihan Funeral Home in Pearson, GA is in charge of the arrangements.
