Atkinson County Citizen - March 4, 2010
 Agnes Willis, 68, of Brunswick, passed away Monday March 1, 2010 at the 
Southeast Georgia Health Systems in Brunswick, GA. Miss Willis was born June 7, 
1941 in Ocilla, GA to the late Carl H. Willis and the late Ora Bell Brogdon 
Willis. Miss Willis was reared in Willacoochee, GA and had been a resident of G
Glynn County for the past 45 years.
 She was employed by the Glynn County Board of Education teaching at Altama 
Elementary School before retiring after 34 years. She was a member of the 
College Place United Methodist Church and also a member of the College Place
Primetimers
Primetimers and The Wanderers Sunday School Class.
 Funeral services will be conducted Friday March 5, 2010 at11 a.m. at the 
College Place United Methodist Church with Rev. Rob Grotheer officiating. 
Interment will follow the service at 4 p.m. at the Willacoochee City Cemetery 
in Willacoochee, GA. with Rev. Terrell Roberts officiating.
 Serving as honorary pallbearers will be The Wanderers Sunday School Class and 
The College Place Primetimers. Survivors include her brother Donnis C. "Buddy" 
Willis and wife Mary of Willacoochee, GA, a niece Bridget Deen and husband 
Daniel of Tifton, GA and a nephew Donnis Willis of Willacoochee, GA, two great 
nephews Taylor and Tyler Deen both of Tifton, GA; two aunts Sara Vickers of 
Nashville, GA and Alene Sutton of Alapaha, GA, and special friends Dennis and S
Sharon Folsom, Sue Ellen and Harley Green and Karen Martin all of Brunswick, GA.
 Arrangements are entrusted to Edo Miller and Sons Funeral Home in Brunswick, 
GA.
