Mr. Worth, a native of Orlando, FL was a plumber with a local mobile home manufacturer. He had lived in Waycross, and Americus prior to moving to Willacoochee. He graduated from high school while living in Americus. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran. He was the grandson of the late Perry Travis Roe. Survivors include his wife, Leslie Worth of Waycross, GA; one son, Skyler Perry Worth of Wayross, GA; two daughters, Leann Soley and Alexis King of Waycross, GA; his mother, Brenda Paulk of Willacoochee, GA; his father, Vernon Worth, Sr. of Winter Garden, FL; two brothers, Vernon Worth, Jr. and Kevin Worth, both of Americus, GA; one sister, Kerry Paulk of Axson, GA; maternal grandmother, Patricia Roe of Axson, GA; paternal grandparents, Marvin and Myrtice Worth of Winter Garden, FL; seven nieces, Whitney Worth, Kailee Worth and Kendell Worth all of Americus, GA, Danielle Worth of TyTy, GA, Breanna Paulk of Ocilla, GA, Stazeya Hill and Akerin Hill both of Axson, GA and one nephew, Joshua Worth of Axson, GA. Funeral services were Tuesday, November 22, 2005 at the Willacoochee Church of God with Rev. Leland Watson officiating. Special eulogies were presented by Charles Smith, Kerry Paulk and Shannon Pahgan. The interment followed in the Willacoochee City Cemetery. Active Pallbearers were David Sweat, Shannon Howell, Jason Peeler, Luke Bennett, Bubba Lewis, Christopher Rowe. Special musical selections, "Brothers Forever," "Bridge Over Troubled Water," "Free Indeed," and "Amazing Grace," were presented by taped music. Ricketson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
