Tombstone of Owen Vining @ Mt. Zion Baptist Church Cemetery in Atkinson Co. GA.
 
Inscription states:

             Grandfather 
             Owen Vining
         done by daughter in law
            Mrs. V. Vining

        "Gone but not Forgotten"

Additional Comments:
Owen Vining was born in 1815 in Washington Co GA.
Came to Coffee Co in 1860's.
He was married to Edyan Ivey. 
They settled near Mt Zion Church in Atkinson Co.
They had 7 children:
James, Thomas, Ellen, Bani, Mary, Vincent, John.
Owen died around 1885.
