John Jenkins officiating. Mrs. Hall a native of Colquitt, GA, was a graduate of the University of Georgia in the class of 1938 and was enrolled in Graduate School in 1959 in Social Work. She taught in Baker County for 31 years, and was a former member of American Association of University Women, “A.A.U.W.” She was a member of the Newton Baptist Church where she taught a Sunday School class for 25 years. Mrs. Hall also served on the DeSota Trail Regional Library Board for 12 years. After her retirement in 1975, she became a member of Southwest Georgia Genealogy Society, Thronateeska Heritage Foundation, Albany Museum of Art, Albany Concert Association, Albany Symphony Association, Baker County Historical Society, and the Daughters of the American Revolution “D.A.R.” She was preceded in death by her husband of 43 years, H. Eugene Hall, who died in 1982; and a sister, Mrs. Patricia Hunter Pederson. The family would like to express their heartfelt appreciation to Mrs. Hall’s caregivers, Marion Heath, Monica Bell Hester, Ruth Greggs, Liz Kendrick, and Betty Mayberry. Survivors include two daughters, Huntie Hall Jokinen, of Morganton, NC, and Mimi Langley Conner of Charlotte, NC; a brother, Emory J. Hunter of Camilla; a sister, June Hunter Royal of Camilla; four grandchildren and four great- grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Newton Baptist Church, P.O.
