The Weekly Constitution, Atlanta, Ga.
Leary, Ga., March 24.--Dr. I. H. Hand, a well known and prominent physician, 
formerly of Baker county, died at his residence in this place at 11 o'clock 
Sunday night, after a lingering illness of several weeks.  The cause of death 
was heart failure, he having been a sufferer from heart trouble for several 
years.  He was 80 years old.
