THREE PLANTATIONS FOR SALE
 
(4679 ACRES)  I will sell half or all of my place 12 miles East of Albany, 
containing 4675 acres---900 cleared and under fence, 500 acres ready to take in 
the next year, 500 acres as good Hammock land as is in this county, and about 
1500 acres of mixed land, and the balance is narly all good Pine land.  New Gin 
House and Screw and new framed Negro Houses.
    I will take $20,000 cash, and give time on the balance to suit the 
purchaser with interest.  The land is all well watered with running water, and 
land in a compact body.
 
(1912 ACRES)  I will sell my Alligator Place, containng 1912 acres, in Baker 
County---500 acres cleared and under fence, Gin house, Screw, and Negro 
Cabins.  It has a perpetual stream running through it, is convenient to Mills, 
and in a splendid neighborhood.
 
(810 ACRES)  I have in charge H. Herrington's place in Terrell county, 11 miles 
from here, on the head of Fowltown Creek, containing 810 acres---200 cleared, 
has a good Dwelling and other necessary Houses, new Gin House and Screw.  He is 
offering this place low and on good terms.
    Any person wishing to buy such place as either of the above, will call on 
me; I will show them to purchasers.
