Benjamin Waller, was appointed to collect the laws of Virginia. He was a member of a commission for revisal of laws. He is mentioned ninety times in the report between 1742 and 1749. Mr. Waller, whether William or Benjamin, is mentioned one hundred and sixty times between 1752 and 1759. Thomas Waller is mentioned as inspector of warehouses in March 14, 1752.
