KILLED SON FOR DEFENDING HIS MOTHER

MILLEDGEVILLE, GA., May 16.-- Daniel Brewer shot and killed his son, Willard
Brewer, to-day, near this place because his son rebuked him for some words he
used to the young man's mother. Brewer was held on the charge of murder.
