Stewart The funeral for Mrs. Aline Grice Stewart, 77, who died Monday, will be held at 11am Wednesday in Hardwick Baptist Church. The Rev. John Lepper will officiate. Burial will be in Baldwin Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Mrs. Stewart was a native of Johnson County, but had lived in Baldwin County for 30 years. She was a retired employee of Central State Hospital and a member of the Hardwick Baptist Church. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Carolyn Maxwell of Hinesville and Mrs. Betty Veal of Milledgeville; two sons, Willie E. Stewart of Milledgeville and David L. Stewart of Warner Robins; a sister, Miss Lala Grice of Wrightsville; a brother, Melson Grice of Jacksonville, Fla.; 11 grandchildren; and a great- grandchild. Martin Funeral Home of Milledgeville is in charge of arrangements. Additional Comments: Aline was born 27 Nov 1907 to Namon Lee "N. L." Grice and Carrie J. Unknown Grice. Her husband was Willie Brinson Stewart who is also buried at Baldwin Memorial Gardens. Georgia death certificate #041166.
