BUCHANAN. Appoints Albert Johnston as their lawful attorney, signed Joshua S. Goddard and Mary G. Goddard. Attached to affidavit by Oliver P. BONNER and John M. TURK stating Mary G. Goddard formerly Mary Buchanan was the daughter and sole heir of Green B. Buchanan.
