LEGAL NOTICE, Banks County, Georgia

Administrators sale:

Agreeably to an order of the court of Ordinary of
Banks county will be sold auction at the courthouse
door of said county on the 1st Tuesday in June next,
within the legal hours of sale, the following
property, to wit. One undivided half interest in 50
acres of land, more or less, known as the home place
of MARY DAILY, Dec'd.   Adjoining lands of T.N.
NEAL, C.W. HURD and others, sold as the property of
MARY DAILY late of said county, dec'd.  Sold for
distribution among the heirs of said estate, Terms
cash.  May 7th, 1888
