Georgia     }For and in consideration of the sum of ninety three Dollars for 
Banks County}which Sum the Said John W Pruitt of the county and State aforesaid 
has this day given his promisary note payable to us, due ten months after date 
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged we Isaac M David, William B 
Gillespie, William T martin, Joshua Owen, and James M. McDonald,  Justices of 
the Inferior Court of Said County of Banks, in behalf of Said County do hereby, 
Grant, Bargain Sell alien and convey unto the Said John W Pruitt his heirs and 
assigns Lot No. 25, in the town of Homer, in Said County, and State, beginning 
at a Stake and running N. 28. W. 1 ch. 5 ½ links, to a Stake, thence N. 62. E – 
ch 76 ½ links to a Stake, thence S. 28, E, thence S. 82. W. – ch 76 ½ 
links,thence 1. ch. 5 ½ links to the beginning corner containing 1/9th acre 
more or less together with all privileges and appurtenances in any wise 
appertaining in fee simple in Testimony whereof the Said Justices have hereto 
Set their hands and Seals this the 3rd of February Eighteen hundred and Sixty.
