All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/ga/gafiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Beth Collins collins@negia.net November 11, 2003, 6:51 pm Written: March 11 1860 Recorded: June 15 1861 Banks County Deed Book A, page 145 State of Georgia} This Indenture made this Eleventh day of March Eighteen Banks County } hundred and Sixty between William Daily of the State and County aforesaid and Howel Mangrum of the Same place witness that the Said William Dailey for and in consideration of the Sum of Eight hundred and forty dollars to him in hand paid at and before the Sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted bargained Sold and conveyed and dothe by these presents grant bargain Sell and convey unto the Said Howel Mangrum his heirs and assigns all that Tract or parcel of Land Situate lying and being in the county aforesaid on waters of Littles Creek containing Ninty Acres Moore or Less butting and bounding as follows beginning at white oak corner on the West Side of Said creek to running S 37 ½ E 23 50 to a Stake thence S 50 W 25.50 to a black gum thence N 35 W 33.50 to a Stake thence N 56 ¾ E 12.50 to a Maple at the corner of Neales field thence along Said branch to the creek and down the creek to the beginning corner to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of Land to him the Said Howel Mangrum his heirs and assigns together with all and Singular the Rights members and appertanances there of to the Same in any maner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof for Ever in fee Simple and the Said William Daily for him Self his heirs Executors & Administrators the said bargained premises to the Said Howel Mangrum his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and title there of against themselves and against the claim of all other persons whomesoever In witness whereof the Said William Daily hath hereunto Set his hand and affixed his Seal the day & year above written Signed Sealed & delivered in presence of } William Dailey Stovall pool Elijah C. pool J.P.
