Dailey of the other part Witnesseth that the said Wesley Pritchett for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty three ($23.00) Dollars to him in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and do by these presents grant bargain sell and convey unto the said James A Dailey his heirs and assigns all that tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the county aforesaid on the waters of Nails Creek containing five and three fourths (5 ¾ ) acres more or less known as a part of the Wesly Pritchett tract adjoining lands on the East by said James A Dailey south and west by Meders Beginning at a White Oak cor x on the branch running South to a Chestnut cor x fifty four (54) rods thence west a little south to a chestnut cor x 13 rods thence North a little west to Pine Stake cor x 28 rods thence to beginning cor on branch 43 rods to have and to hold said Tract or parcel of land unto him the said James a Dailey his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the rights members and appentenaces thereof to the same in any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple and the said Wesley Pritchett for himself his heirs executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said James A Dailey his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the rights and title thereof against themselves and against the Claimes of all other persons whatever in witness whereof the said Wesley Pritchett hath hereunto set his hand and seal the day and year within written signed and sealed and delivered in presents of of } his J.
