Banks County Deed Book E, page 144

Georgia	     } This Indenture made this seventeenth day of January in the year 
Banks County } of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty between Wesly 
Pritchett of the one part and James A. Dailey of the other part Witnesseth that 
the said Wesley Pritchett for and in consideration of the sum of ten Dollars to 
and in hand paid at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents the 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged and do by these presents grant bargain 
sell and convey unto the said James A Dailey his heirs and assigns all that 
tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the county aforesaid on the 
waters of Nails Creek containing one acre more or less known as a part of the 
Wesly Pritchett tract adjoining lands on south & East by said James A Daily 
beginning at a White Oak on the branch running South West to a Stake 21 rods 
thence south 22 Rods to a White Oak corner thence N E To beginning corner 42 
Rods to have and to hold said tract or parcel of land unto him the said James A 
Dailey his heirs and assigns member and appertenances thereof to the same in 
any manner belonging to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof 
forever  in fee simple and the said Wesley Pritchett for himself his heirs 
executors and administrators the said bargained premises unto the said James A 
Dailey his heirs and assigns will warrant and forever defend the right and 
title thereof against themselves and against the claims of all other persons 
whatever in witness whereof the said Wesley Pritchett hath hereunto set his 
hand and seal the day and year within writen signed and sealed and delivered in 
presence of
