State of Georgia, Banks County.

	This Indenture made this first day of May Eighteen Hundred and Seventy 
Six Between George W. Poole of Said State and County of the one part and Eligia 
W. Poole Son of the Said George W. Poole of the Same place of the other part 
Witnesseth, that the George W. Poole for and in consideration of the Sum of 
five dollars cash in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, and 
for and in consideration of the Natural love and affection he has and bears to 
his Said Son Eligia W Poole hath given granted and conveyed and doth by these 
presents give grant and convey to the said Eligia W Poole his heirs and assigns 
all that tract or parcel of land situated lying and being in the Twelve Hundred 
and Sixth District of the County aforesaid Agreeable to original survey and 
granted to Joel Mabery Known by the number Twelve Hundred.  Containing Eighty 
Six acres more or less to have and to hold said tract or parcel of land to him 
said Eligia W Poole his heirs and assigns together with all and singular the 
rights members and appurtenances to the same in any manner belonging to his and 
their own proper use benefit and behoof forever in fee simple
Beginning corner White oak W 34 W 17 to a pine corner Joining Wilmots S 65 W 20 
to a post oak corner South 39 W 23 to a Poplar corner South 26 E 10-75 to pine 
corner North 59 E 44 chains to the beginning corner white oak.  An additional 
plat of Land Beginning corner White Oak N 60 E 11-50 to a pine Knot joining 
Connally. N 48 W 17-35 to a poplar Joining Wilmot S 631/2 W 6-75 to a Pine 
Stump S 32 ¼ E. 17-00 to a White Oak beginning corner.
In Testimony whereof the Said George W. Pool hath hereunto set his hand and 
affixed his Seal the day and year above written
