James A. Nations, 69, of Commerce, died Friday, August 5, 2005, at his 
residence.

Born on September 7, 1935, in Banks County, he was the son of the late Waco 
and Lillie Mae Nations. He was a retired drawing room employee with Mount 
Vernon Mills.

Survivors include four brothers, Kenneth Nations, Bobby Nations, Ray Nations 
and Charles Nations, all of Commerce; two sisters, Jeanette Balenger, Cannon, 
and Evelyn Nations, Commerce; and a special friend, Edna Alewine, Nicholson.

Funeral services were held Monday, August 8, in the chapel of Little-Ward 
Funeral Home with the Rev. David Strickland officiating. Burial was in Grey 
Hill Cemetery, Commerce.

Little-Ward Funeral Home, Commerce, was in charge of arrangements.
