Clarence Sims 

MAYSVILLE - Clarence Milton Sims, 61, died Wednesday in a local hospital 
following an extended illness. 

The funeral was to be today at 4 p.m. at the Chapel of Ive's Funeral Home with 
the Revs. W. J. Reynodls and James Cool officiating.  Burial was to be in the 
Sunrise Cemetery. 

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Mary McClure Sims, two daughters, Mrs. Pan 
Hinton, Belton, S. C. and Mrs. Genese Saylors, Canon; three sons, Hugh Sims, 
Danielsville, Bobby Sims, Royston, and Stanley Sims, Bowman; two brothers, J. 
C. Sims, Detroit, Mich., and Henry Sims, Madison; five sisters, Mrs. O. F. 
Reidlen, Mrs. Mattie Owensby, both of Commerce, Mrs. Sara Barber, Athens, Mrs. 
Willie Rice, Banner, and Mrs. Moreani Hall, North Carolina; several 
grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
