William Parr Jr.
   Homer – William Parr Jr., 41, formerly of Jackson County, died Wednesday, Dec
30, 1992.  
   A native of Jackson County, Mr. Parr was a son of the late William Howard and
Martha D. Bonds Parr Sr.  He was employed with Roper Hydraulics and was a member
of the Dry Pond United Methodist Church.
   Funeral services were at 3 p.m. today at Tim Stewart Funeral Home chapel,
Winder.
   Survivors include his wife, Nora Lee Parr; stepson, Keith Gilbert, Bethlehem;
stepdaughter, Marsha Davis, Bethlehem; stepmother, Margaret Parr, Auburn; two
sisters, Rachel Turner, Maysville, and Elizabeth Nunn, winder, four brothers,
Steve Parr, Maysville, Jeff Parr, Athens, Paul Parr and Michael Parr, both of
Auburn; and one stepgrandchild.
