Some months ago, it is charged, he took a team of mules and ran away with them. The mules were sold in Atlanta. The police here arrested him yesterday in Commerce, intending to take him to Watkinsville today. It is supposed he took his life by the use of carbolic acid, as a small phial was found on his person.
