Obituary -			SERVICES HELD MONDAY WILLIAM BENTLEY

	William Albert (Bill) Bentley, 82, of Circle Drive, Winder died at the 
Winder-Barrow Hospital on June 5, 1971 following a long illness. He was born 
on April 11, 1889, in Georgia, a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William I. 
Bentley and was a member of the Windsor Universalist Church.
	Funeral services were held on Monday afternoon, June 7, at 3 o'clock 
at Bay Creek Baptist Church and the Rev. William Atha and Rev. Ray Frazier 
officiated. The remains were placed in state in the church at 2:30 o'clock. 
Burial was in the Church Cemetery with Wise Funeral Home of Winder in charge 
of the arrangements.
	Mr. Bentley is survived by five children, Mrs. Dorothy Mae Greeson, 
Atlanta, Mr. W. B. Bentley, Mr. Grady Bentley of Winder, Mr. Paul Bentley, 
Dacula and Mr. Ernest Bentley of Bethlehem, four brothers, Elbert Bentley, 
Dacula; George Bentley, Lawrenceville; Richard Bentley and Charlie Bentley, 
both of Monroe; two sisters Mrs. Myrtie Mitchem and Mrs. Mary Daniel, Monroe, 
25 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

Additional Comments:
Brothers and sisters are deceased. Also, two of the five children are deceased.
